Been ill snce Friday afternoon. Should not have come as a surprise much given that my eldest has had a hacking cough for some time now and he is not helping by going out and playing football of an evening..........So when i felt the first sneeze attack Friday morning i ran down to the shops and stocked up on my lemsips and extra bottle of lemon and honey to keep my fluids ups. I figured what with it being the weekend it would be fairly quiet and i could rest up in front of tv with youngest. Aparently not as he had other plans of being ill himself and most of yesterday was spent with me trying not to sneeze whilst holding a bucket for him to throw up into. It was a whole days worht of him sharing anything and everything with me. The one blessing i had in all of this was knowing that i had no sence of smell. Anyway he slept well all night and is on light food now as he has been starved for 12 hours. So now im back trying to nurse my cold and what would appear to be a sore throat happening.

Am glad it happened over the weekend and not at the beginning of this week coming up as i have an appointment at the tattoo studio and i have already had to council it twice due to either my youngest having issues in settling back into school or myself having a chest infection. So fingers crossed all goes well for thursday :)

This time 4 years ago i was picking up keys and moving houses. Cant believe my landlord has put up with me for so long. Plus side is he lived in Ireland and i live in Scotland.

Have enjoyed my time here and have great neighbors who have understood that living with a disabled son is no picnic.

They could have asked me to try and quieten down my son when he was screaming and kicking at walls and radiators but have been understanding.

Have also realized that the boxes in the shed i moved in with should be donated to charity as i have no intention of unpacking them lol
